Site Manager

We are looking to recruit a Site Manager for a well-established 5-star house builder who for many years have been building high-quality family homes in the UK. The project consists of 120 traditional build new homes. This is a brand new development, so you will need to have experience in seeing projects from inception to completion. The project is due to last for 2 years. You will have a team of Assistants under you and the full support of the commercial team. The successful applicant will need extensive experience in; . Site Management in high volume house building developments . Track record of seeing projects all the way through from inception to completion .
